    Some Vellune products may be made-to-order or fulfilled through third-party production partners. Because production may begin shortly after purchase, cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered production or fulfillment. Physical product availability, production time, shipping time, and final delivery may vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping carrier, location, season, and order volume.
     
    1. Shipping and Delivery
    Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Vellune is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other events outside of our control. Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we may not be able to change it after the order has started processing.
