Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vellune.
Because many of our products are made-to-order, digital, or downloadable, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue with accessing a digital product.
Physical Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental orders.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, e-books, printable planners, templates, and other digital files, digital products are non-refundable once the file or download link has been delivered.
If you have trouble accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will help you receive the correct file or download access.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or fulfillment. Once an order has started production or a digital product has been delivered, cancellations may no longer be possible.
